The FROGs, who recently won a $500 grant for their project, are busy advancing their fight against hunger in Fort Worth. The FROGs continue to work with the Tarrant Area Food Bank on initiatives like the BackPacks for Kids program and the Letter Carrier’s Food Drive. They also have a fundraising event called “FROGs at the Plate” planned for this summer. Teammates are playing in the Texas Rangers Youth Baseball Tournament to raise awareness of and funds for hunger by selling sponsorships to businesses. To date, the FROGs have helped provide more than 32,000 meals for the hungry!
